Scott Daraio

I wish I could give you 10 starts. Samer’s dedication through the whole process was amazing. He responded my hundreds of questions, prepared me for the deposition, pretty much held my hand until the end. And now I can get a new roof 🙏

I honestly don’t know if there are enough words to fully express how thankful I am that I worked with Dylan Daraio and Sterling Scott at Trust Public Adjusting Group.
After Hurricane Milton, my home had damage and my insurance company told … More me the amount they would give me was just under my deductible, which basically meant I would have had to pay for all the repairs out of my own pocket.
That’s when Dylan and Sterling stepped in.
From the very beginning, they explained everything to me and walked me through the process step by step. Dylan was assigned to my case and answered every single one of my many questions. He made sure the right professionals came out to properly assess the damage and handled everything the way it should be done.
Dylan was extremely responsive throughout the entire process, and Sterling was always there to help if needed. I never once felt like I was just another case. They really treat you like someone they care about and will stand up for.
What I appreciated most is that they are very real and honest. They don’t overpromise or try to tell you what you want to hear. They tell it like it is and take the time to educate you on the ins and outs so you actually understand what’s going on.
They also have a very strong reputation in the community, and after working with them I can absolutely see why. They truly fight for you until the very end.
I cannot recommend this company enough. I’ve already given their information to others because when you find people who actually care and will stand up and fight for you the way they do, that’s something worth sharing.
If you ever need a public adjuster, these are the people you want on your side. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

We hired Trust Public Adjusting Group on the recommendation of our nephew who lives in Boca Raton. We couldn't be happier. They took the lead in dealing with our insurance companies in order to secure all the necessary reports needed … More to maximize our claims. We would recommend this company to anyone needing a public adjuster.

I went 7 years as a home owner never making a claim. Several hurricanes I just fixed all the damage myself. Then we got hit hard. They tried to really screw me over. Originally estimated $9,000 worth of damage. Mind you, it was raining … More in my living room during the storm, fence was destroyed, new patio damaged…. 9 grand. The roof alone always estimated $25,000. Dylan is my guy. I was nervous at first. I didn’t want to do this but I had no choice. He made it easy and kept me updated every step of the way. They helped me fix my house. Thank you so much. We truly appreciate it - Reilly Family

I hired Trust Public Adjusting Group to assist me with a claim. They assigned Samer Salamar as my PA. From the beginning Samer showed compassion and professionalism and took charge of the claim. Throughout the entire process Samer maintained … More contact and provided an update on a constant basis. We finally settled thanks to Samer. Samer is a true professional. He was passionate of what he was doing and walked me all the way through this process. His communication skills, knowledge of his job, and care exceeded my expectation. Samar is a genuine professional. If you are looking for someone who cares and will get you what you need, Samer at Trust Public Adjusting Group should be your advocate. Thank you Samer. Job well done.

Samer was amazing from start to finish. He was thorough with every single communication. He never left me wondering what he was explaining. He worked hard for us during the entire process and was definitely on our side and was looking out … More for our best interest. On top of everything he is a genuine, honest guy. Looking for a public adjuster and can’t go wrong when working with Samer.

My home was hit by a tornado during milton. I had extreme damage. With all the stress of cleaning up and finding contractors, the last thing I wanted to do was deal with my insurance company. I called Trust Public Adjusting Group. I … More was lucky to have gotten Matthew Mink as my adjuster. He took care of the entire process from start to finish and got me double what the insurance company originally offered. It was a speedy, no stress experience and I highly recommend this company, especially Matthew Mink. He is a very caring, professional guy who saw all the hidden damages, my insurance company did not.

5 Stars - Outstanding Service!
I cannot recommend Sterling Scott and Trust Public Adjusting Group enough! From the very first consultation, it was clear that they were not just knowledgeable, but also genuinely caring and committed to … More helping me. I had been through a stressful claim process, and their expertise in navigating the complex insurance world took all the pressure off of me. They were transparent about every step, provided sound advice, and kept me updated throughout.
What truly sets Sterling and Trust Public Adjusting Group apart is their unwavering ethics. They were always upfront about what could and couldn’t be done, ensuring I had realistic expectations. I felt like Sterling Scott was on my side, advocating for me with honesty and integrity, rather than just looking to close a deal.
If you’re looking for someone you can trust to handle your claim with care and professionalism, look no further! Sterling Scott and Trust Public Adjusting Group is the absolute best in the business!

I had the pleasure of working with Daniel for damages sustained during hurricane Milton. He was professional courteous and thorough in helping me obtain a satisfactory outcome from the insurance company. He was always ready to answer any … More of my questions, decipher the insurance companies statements, was punctual and willing to spend as much time as necessary to get the job done. I can truly state there is no way I would have been able to maneuver through this situation without his assistance and
I recommend him and his firm without reservation.

My home was damaged in a storm when a large oak tree fell on our roof. The impact caused several holes in the roof that allowed water into the attic and in several areas of the interior. As a result we had damage to ceilings, doorways, … More walls and wood flooring.
I know Kody through a professional group at the local Chamber of Commerce and had heard him speak of how he helped people with their claims with Insurance Company’s. Our initial response from our insurance company, though quick, was not sufficient to fix everything that was damaged.
I consulted with Kody and he walked me through their process and we agreed to let him help us get the best possible outcome for our situation.
He handled our situation quickly and professionally. Maintaining consistent communication and being on time for all appointments.
The result of his efforts were exceptional and fast! We received a substantial increase in the amount the insurance company paid and it was sufficient to cover all the costs needed to repair our home back to its original state, which is all we wanted.
I highly recommend Kody and Trust Public Adjusting Group for any insurance claim you may have.

As a Florida statewide Insurance Appraiser working for Trust Public Adjusting Group. Every time I receive an Appraisal file from Trust Public Adjusting Group, I always know it’s going to be a well documented and a perfectly prepared claim. … More Their team’s organizational skills and file assembly is impeccable. Truly top notch, they orchestrate the entire claim, from start to finish. Bringing in all necessary experts, their diligence creates irrefutable physical evidence used to support their case which helps me flawlessly win their Appraisals. Trust Public Adjusting Group has the best attitude, very professional 10/10 Experience.

Samer helped me and my family through the entire claims process. From the start he explained very well how the insurance process would go and he ended up getting us exactly what we needed to take care of our property. Would definitely use … More his services again.

Trust Public Adjusting Group is a company that you can really TRUST! Matthew Mink listened very carefully to our problem and the moment he decided to take over our case, he was very confident that he will solve our problem with success. … More We felt the same and trusted him. He kept us up to date on each step of the process and explained in detail everything he has done. The end of this problem was a real SUCCESS! Actually was more than we expected. We would like to thank him and the entire company for helping us. We strongly recommend this company to everyone! Daniel and Marieta

Trust public adjusters came through for us in our time of need. It was a blessing to have them on our side when dealing with an insurance co. That was doing it's best to brush us to the side. I have and will continue to recommend … More them to family and friends.

Did a great job for us. There is no way I could have navigated all of the documentation and knowledge needed to get what was fair from our insurance company for commercial and residential buildings. I kept thinking, if insurance doesn't … More want to pay for a hail storm, which is a random act of nature and something that cannot be prepared for, then why do we have insurance? With the money that we got, we were able to get our house and office back to something we can be proud of.

Trust Public Adjusting is absolutely AMAZING! We worked closely with Matt Mink who went above and beyond for us. From negotiating with the homeowners insurance company, to navigating with my mortgage company he proved time and time again … More he was on our side! They will be the only company I ever use if the need arises again. 10/10 would recommend to everyone! Thank you Trust Public Adjusting, you guys are a God sent.

Our experience with Trust Public Adjusting Group; more specifically, Mr. Scott and his Associate Jill, was extraordinary!! He, Jill, and his staff was compassionate, professional and always available to address our questions and concerns. … More Our Insurance company offered a low ball figure and Mr. Scott negotiated to get us a very pleasing settlement! He worked hard and was so pleasant to work with. We suffered major damage from both hurricanes and now we can restore our home with peace of mind. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a job well done, Mr. Scott.
We hope you never have a loss, but if you do we highly recommend Trust Public Adjusting!!!

Matthew Mink at Trust Public Adjusting Group was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to get us a settlement for our claim so we could repair damage to our property. This is a great company! I will definitely recommend this … More company to anyone I know. Thanks again Matt.

Excellent!! I would give more than 5 stars if allowed!!
My insurance company denied my claim from Hurricane Ian. I frantically searched for someone to help. I called Trust Public Adjusting Group and spoke to Jill. She assured me I was … More in the right hands and not to worry.
Kody came out and assessed the damage and worked diligently to get me a great settlement that I never dreamed of.
He told me , when I met him, he was great at what he did. .
He wasn’t lying!!!
I want to thank Kody and Jill for the professionalism and care it took to handle my case.
If you ever need a public adjusters give them a try. You won’t be disappointed!!!

I’m giving this company 5 stars but the truth is, they deserve a million stars. There aren’t enough words in the English dictionary to describe how absolutely grateful we are for them.
We bought our first home in December 2021 that had … More a brand new roof put on in September 2021 and we were excited to turn it into a home. By the end of June 2022 (not even a year later) we noticed that the floor appeared to be buckling in the back room by the fire place. Initially we thought it was the top flooring which we wanted to replace eventually anyways so we started looking at flooring.. within a week it went from kind of bad to absolutely horrific and that’s when we realized this was a much bigger problem. Not only did the top flooring need to be replaced but the entire subfloor as well. We called our home owners insurance and they sent out an adjuster and a leak detection company. They found that the chimney was leaking due to not being sealed properly back in September. After waiting months while the damage became worse and worse every day spreading throughout the whole house, our insurance adjuster called us to inform us that they were giving us 13k and that should cover it… at this point we already had multiple flooring companies come out and give us quotes ranging from 25k-60k. To say we were appalled is an understatement. We had many sleepless nights that week wondering how we were going to get through this and fix our home. We were devastated. While speaking to a family member it was recommended to us to call a private adjuster which we had no idea this was even a thing. Within moments of inquiring online, Jill called right away and in minutes we went from horrified to hopeful. Jill and Sterling came out to our home within a couple days from that phone call and were so comforting and reassuring. They were thorough, polite and professional. They fought our insurance company for us and won. It was a long battle but we were made aware that it would take time and we were understanding. It paid off and we have finally received enough funds to fully fix our home and move past this nightmare of an experience with our insurance company. If anybody else is going through a similar situation, without hesitation call Trust Public Adjusting right away and rest assured they will have your back. Thank you so much to Jill and Sterling for all of their help to put this all behind us and fix our home!!!

Thanks to Jill, Sterling, and their wonderful team, my wife and I were able to get our storm damaged roof replaced after our Insurance Company fought us for months on end. They made a horrible situation, much easier to deal with. Thank … More you all again, it is very much appreciated!

I was denied by my Insurance company. I almost gave up. But then I contacted the Trust Public Adjusting Group, and the help of Scott Sterling and his staff, the Insurance finally settled. It weren't TPAG I would have to come up … More with over $40,000 to do the repairs the Insurance company refused to fix.

After being denied twice on our insurance claim we hired Sterling at Trust Public Adjusting Group to handle our claim. He was very professional and knowledgeable and went right to work on our claim. Within 3 months we had our claim resolved … More and received a very nice settlement that covered all of the repairs. Great company !!!!

Sterling and his team went above and beyond. Working with my insurance company they got my family the best outcome possible for our roof that was leaking and degraded. Thank you for taking the stress out of making a claim on our insurance … More policy.

I have had multiple business dealings with Sterling at Trust Public Adjusting Group with multiple companies and every single one of them has been a fantastic, rewarding experience. Thank you for your amazing results.

Sterling and his team were very knowledgeable, kind, punctual and accurate. He explained the process thoroughly so that we knew what to expect. There is not a lot of communication once the process starts, it's not really needed. But, … More when things happen, it happens quickly so be ready! We are very thankful that we hired him for the job!

My insurance company denied my claim for my roof and the ceiling in my garage fell down. Sterling and his Mom Jill were on top of things and kept in contact. Thanks to them I got everything settled and working on getting everything done. … More Thank you so much ! They won’t disappoint you at all they will fight tooth and nail and won’t back down! Would definitely use them again if need be!! Thank you!!!

I can not say enough about this company. I don't understand what people do without them during an insurance claim. My husband and I had our AC flood and ruin our new flooring we put down along with dry wall and baseboards. We called … More Trust Public because my mom recommended them and I thought "I don't know what I'm doing I might as well"... praise God we did. Michael came out immediately to assess the damage (next day)... he had every gadget you could think of to measure moisture and take readings of EVERYTHING. At that point we knew we were in good hands. We still had a long road ahead of us because the insurance company fought us the entire time. Sending us letters that went well beyond our knowledge. But continuously Michael assured us and told us not to worry that there were laws and we had rights. What should have been an easier claim was dragged out by the insurance company and they waited till the last minute they could on every deadline. We ended up going to mediation were Sterling fought for us. He is a SHARK. We are BEYOND happy with the outcome. We can get everything fixed! This was not an easy road but the road without Trust Public would have been a sad unfulfilling one. DO NOT HESITATE TO CALL THEM. Thank you Michael Thank you Sterling. Your hard work for us will never be forgotten. As much as I hope we never have to work again together.... I'm sure if we did it would be a pleasure. Tiffany and Sammy.

Mike was our adjuster and couldn’t be more thrilled with his performance. Communication throughout the process, his thoroughness and process explanation was top tier. I am new to FL and in my 55 years and 7 homes, I never new what these … More adjusters can do for homeowners. I purchased our FL home in March and had concerns with our roof even though our home inspector said it was in good shape. In September of the same year, a neighbor told us about Mike. I called him and he did not leave a stone unturned in examining our house. He fought for us every step of the way. Our new roof and additional damage was covered without a penny out of my pocket. I know that if I went at this alone, my new insurance company would have declined it all. Thank you to the entire Trust Public Adjusting Group for their dedication to their customers.

2) Sterling, the owner at Trust Public Adjusting Group, did a great job of negotiating and securing a settlement with my insurance company from damage due to Hurricane Michael. His group of Structural Engineers was highly knowledgeable … More and found damage I never realized was there. For instance, during the storm the roof decking had lifted from the trusses in several places but resettled afterwards, leaving small separations where attached along nails heads protruding through the shingles which caused roof leaks between the drywall and stucco leaving wood damage. I have completed 75% percent of my repairs and feel fortunate to have had Sterling working for me because I have several friends still waiting on a final settlement between their adjuster and their Insurance company .

This group of people went over and above to help us out. We had been fighting with our insurance company. After the third time of them telling us that there was nothing wrong with our roof except it was about 9 years old and that they … More said was close to life on a Florida roof. They even bad a professional licensed roofing engineer come and give us a complete write up. It stated there was no damage to our roof, even though 3 roofing companies had told we did. In addition, he rattled listing this and that were not issues with our roof.Into my life, walked the slayer of insurance companies. Seth Parr! I had been given his name by a friend. What a wonderful thing it turned out to be. The first time he came out to our , he was on our roof for approximately 30 -45 minutes inspecting the roof and taking pictures. When he came, showed him a copy of what the insurance inspector had written up, after he told me what he had found. He said that he and the Trust Advisior’s engineer could be able to contradict everything that they had said was not wrong. After about 2 months of compiling data, Seth sent the insurance company a complete file proving that the insurance company was wrong. In the end, Seth was able to get insurance company to settle for enough to repair my roof and also his fees.I can’t say enough good things about this company and their employees. They are wonderful.Tanks again Seth and your stare

We called Trust Public Adjusting Group after our homeowners insurance denied our water damage claim. We worked with Sterling and he was able to get us way more than we were even expecting. He was professional and courteous. We definitely … More recommend this company!

It was a pleasure doing business with Sterling and Lynde at Trust Public Adjusting. We had been at odds with our insurer's adjusters and a friend suggested we call Trust Public Adjusting. From our first meeting until the completion … More of the claim, they were professional and thorough. We recommended them to two of our friends who were equally satisfied.

Our Adjustor Mike has been on our claim and doing a great job. Unfortunately They had to turn my claim over to a lawyer. They have done all the work and notified me along the way im just waiting to see how the lawsuit is settled. I would … More rate them very high on customer service . Any time i have a quedtion they reply quickly and clearley.

I had a great experience with this company! I would have been lost in this process if it wasn’t for Clay! I contacted him and he pretty much held my hand and walked me through the whole thing! He kept in contact with updates and made sure … More I was fully understanding everything! Highly recommend.

Sterling and his team communicated well with me throughout the whole process. He even drove across the state to see my damage for himself. Insurance companies are tough and with a complex claim it’s tough without the knowledge and resources … More only people like Sterling and his team have.

Highly Recommend !!!Trust Public Adjusting Group, was recommended to me by a friend after Cat 5 Hurricane Michael, hit my area.It was the BEST decision I made !!!Sterling Scott & his entire group of personnel, were wonderful. They all … More actually care about your circumstances & what you are going through. In a very stressful time, they did all the work by hiring the right people to come in & do a thorough inspection & then submit their report to the insurance company. They go to bat for you financially, with the truthful amount of what your loss’s are really worth...not what your insurance company pretends they are.You cannot afford not to hire them believe me !!!In the end you will see that it will be your best decision, also.A Definite Five Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !!!& A BIG “Thank You” To Sterling & TPAG !!!

From the personal care and attention given, to treating you more like family than customers... I cannot give a higher recommendation to this amazing organization. We are totally appreciative of all their amazing work and we would highly … More recommend them to be the first ones you call for their services... Mark & Esther

Great company with amazing staff. I would recommend people to do business with Lynde Tilley Carlyle, and Sterling Scott both were very professional and gave me astonishing advice that made everything much easier. thank you for your business … More and support. Continue to provide superior rated customer service, and produce smiles on every face that you encounter. Stay safe during these times and enjoy life.

I've worked with Seth at Trust Public Adjusting Group for more than a year to resolve my claim for roof repair. Seth is very knowledgeable, professional and great to work with overall. He was very professional when working with me … More and with the adjusters sent by the insurance company. We also ran into an issue with the bank when depositing the insurance check and Seth was very helpful in resolving this issue as well. Overall very helpful and responsive and I would definitely work with Trust Public Adjusting again in the future if needed!

Our home was badly damaged by Hurricane Michael in October of 2018. Our contractor recommended Trust Public Adjusting Group a few days after the storm and we are SO glad he did. Sterling Scott and his whole team acted quickly and got to … More work helping us deal with our insurance company. They are knowledgeable, professional, diligent and effective! We settled our claim and are 100% satisfied with the service we received.

Seth Parr is a fierce advocate for his clients. He brings in a team of knowledgeable experts to ensure that you collect a larger reimbursement more rapidly. Don't make the mistake of not hiring Trust Public Adjusting, it could cost … More your family or business several thousands of dollars.
